County Councillor for Derwent Valley Division
Susan has represented the Derwent Valley Division on Derbyshire County Council since May 2021. From 2021 to 2025 she served as the Cabinet Support Member to former council leader Barry Lewis.
Susan has also been a member of Derbyshire Dales District Council since 2015 where she served as Leader of the Conservative Group from 2023 - 2025 and was previously both Leader and Deputy Leader of the authority.
Outside of politics, Susan is a farmer and is passionate about ensuring that our rural communities are supported.
